Killing My Last Friday Workout!
First time I’ve been unbearably hungry during this whole process…does not make for a fun workout. I’m still pushing through! This time next week I’ll be checking in for my first show! Goal is in sight :)
Can’t wait to showcase my suit by TMarie Suits in 8 days!!! I still need to get used to how small it is! Lol

It’s so fascinating to hear about competition prep in detail! What kind of day-to-day differences are you seeing?
More muscle definition, abs, skin tightening….its all pretty cool to see how your body reacts to the things you put in it :)
11 days to go!
So I’m 11 days out from my first competition. Up to this point I have had a really easy experience with my training and diet. I am lucky in that I have a hard time holding on weight, so I’ve never been on a restricted diet in terms of caloric intake. However, at 11 days out that has all changed…I am now feeling the pain that so many competitors talk about. No more diet coke, sodium, and next to nothing for carbs! I do still get oat bran in the morning; other than that only carbs are coming from vegetables and rice on on my moderate carb days (Wednesday and Sunday) which is 1/4 cup for 2 meals.
It hasn’t been to bad, but this is the first time I’ve been hungry in this entire process :) But I think I can hang for 11 days!
The really cool part of this process is that everyday I wake up I look totally different from the previous day. This helps me stay motivated and appreciate that I didn’t give in to the temptation of all the food around me.
Can’t wait to see how it all comes together! Posing is all set, suit is hopefully going to get here in time, tan and makeup is booked and I even have a photo shoot on the calendar…It is all going to come way to fast!
